Case Manager

Dominique Meadows joined the Tucker Day Report, in 2024 as a case manager for the adult and juvenile population. Dominique currently works directly with CPS to ensure the clients are complying with their requirements. She also aids in developing treatment plans and facilitating six-month evaluations for all clients. Dominique attended college for one year at West Virginia Wesleyan College where she studied Psychology and Human Services. She transferred to Davis and Elkins College, to continue her education in Psychology and Human Services. There, she was awarded the academic scholar award for Psychology and Human Services during the year 2022. Dominique graduated Cum Laude in 2022 from Davis and Elkins College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Services. Dominique was an intern at an I/DD Waiver Agency (I/DD Waiver Agencies serve individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they are receiving the care they need as well as working towards gaining independence), during her senior year of college, where she learned how to complete home visits, lead meetings and report writing. Dominique was an employee at the same I/DD agency after graduating college where she practiced case management until 2024. Dominique brought with her an incredible knowledge of case management, the ability to work in a high stress/fast-paced work environment as well as being able to work with diverse demographics. Outside of her professional life, Dominique spends her time volunteering for the community. She volunteers for her local Celebrate Recovery and volunteers to coach the little league basketball as well as travel basketball teams.
