Project Coordinator
Alexis Baker graduated from Davis and Elkins College, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Criminology and History in 2016. Prior to employment with Tucker Day Report, Alexis worked in the justice system and in the mental health field as a correctional counselor, case manager, and family support specialist. She has extensive case management experience and has worked with diverse populations including adult criminal offenders, juveniles, individuals with co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma. Alexis has aided in the development of behavioral health standards and procedures and has been instrumental in the development of a pilot program for sexual offenders at Tucker Day Report. She has also received extensive training in working with this population and conducting risk assessments.
